Terms of Service

Gradient Strip

By commissioning me, you agree to  all of my Terms and Conditions of which are detailed both in my Terms of Service policy here, as well as the information I provide further down on this page regarding my work process and what I provide to you as my customer.

What I don't draw:

-NSFW. Or explicit nudity. I can do some nudity.
-Excessive gore or violence. (I don't draw guts, torn limbs with graphic details, beheaded characters, bodies with graphic details. I'm okay with blood and slightly darker themed art.)

-Political Art
-Furries/Anthro
-Holiday Themed art

There might be some exceptions, so if you have any questions on something specific please feel free to ask. I reserve the right to decline any commission without an explanation given.

I also currently do not offer character design commissions. You must already have a reference of your characters if you wish for me to draw them.

Commissions I offer are strictly for personal use.

You may not use my art for commercial purposes (examples: reselling, making profit off it by selling it on any merchandise or to promote your business.) You may not reproduce, trace, copy or sell the artwork for profit. Using my work as NFT or used to to generate AI images is strictly prohibited.

  • You may print the digital pieces for yourself only. Making multiple copies to sell is prohibited.

  • I reserve the right to post the final pieces online or as portfolio pieces. However, I do give credit to you on my posts for the design of any OCs (original characters) that may be included in the commissioned artwork.

  • I may also record the process of your commission to later post as a timelapse video up on my Youtube Channel.

Price Quotes:
Prices for commissions can vary depending on how many details you would like for me to add. Please fill out the price quote form I provide on my Get a Quote section of this website, so that I can provide you with a specific price for your commission.

I will review the information you provide on the form and determine whether or not I can do your commission. I'll then send you a price quote. After which, you decide if you want to go ahead with ordering your commission.

Once you accept the quote, I will reach out to you and further discuss the specifics of your commission if need be.

After this consultation, you must confirm that you want to go ahead with ordering you commission. I will prepare an invoice for you after you've confirmed.

I will only start commissions after payment.

  • No Full Refunds, after I have begun work on your commission. So please be certain that you want a commissioned artwork from me.

Cancellation Policy

  • If for any reason I cannot do your commission and I decide to cancel it after you have already paid, I will issue a full refund.

  • For linearts or fully colored illustrations: If you inform me that you have decided to cancel your order after I have sent you the final sketch to take a look at, I will not continue with the lineart phase and you will only receive 50% of a refund. (The sketch phase applies to anime or illustration style commission work not portrait work.) Orders cannot be canceled after I begin working past the sketch phase. Please be certain you want me to complete the piece after the initial sketches have been shown to you.

  • If I started the rough draft of a realistic portrait already for you, and you decide to cancel for whatever reason, you will only get a 25% refund. I always work my best to ensure that my clients are happy with their portraits. I offer multiple work in progress updates and room for adjusting anything you may not be happy with during the process. If I have already spent a decent amount of time on the portrait (5-10 hours of work for example), I will offer no refund. Serious buyers only please.

  • If you wrongly attempt to request a Chargeback as I am working on your commission or after I have finished and sent you the commission, I will file a dispute with PayPal or Wix Payments, providing our conversation as proof that you agreed to commission me and were fully aware of and agreed to my Terms of Service. I will also provide any work in progress or the finished work as proof that I did the work you requested of me for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted from ordering a commission from me in the future.

  • After the final sketch has been approved by you, I will only make minor alterations to the artwork as I continue working on the lineart and coloring phase. Major alterations such as a complete outfit change, different character, or significantly more details, than what was previously agreed upon during our initial discussion regarding all commission details, will result in an extra fee that can vary depending on how much you want to add. The extra fee will be added as another invoice and payment must be made before I fully complete the changes for you.

I accept payments via Paypal or Wix Payments:

Note: I will prepare an invoice and send it to you after we've both agreed on payment and details for your specific commission.

With Wix Payments, you can pay your commission invoice using any of the following major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, Diners, CUP, JCB and Maestro. As well as Apple Pay.

If Wix Payments is not available in your country, I will then only accept Payments via Paypal. Since PayPal fees vary for International Payments, I will require for you to provide what country you are from in order for me to properly calculate the transaction fee into the full commission price quote for you.

Payment Plans

  • 2 Payments: Half the total price must be paid before I begin the commission. I will begin the piece and stop approximately halfway until the full payment has been processed. High-resolution versions of the work will not be provided to you until commission is paid in full.

Rush Fee

If you would like for me to prioritize your commission to meet a certain deadline and you have given me less than two weeks notice. I will charge an extra 25 - 50% fee per commission based on total price of the type of commission you are ordering. Percent charged will depend on how urgently you need the commission completed.

Wait Time

Estimate of how long a commission would take me after payment is processed:

Shaded Anime Style Sketch: 1 week.

Chibi Sketch: 1 week.

Illustration/Anime Style: 2-4 weeks.

Semi-Realistic Busts: 2-4 weeks.

Full Portrait Semi- Realism: 3-4 weeks.

Loose Style Portrait Busts: 1-2 weeks.

So you will always be aware of what my progress with your commission is.
